Some of our valued tenants like to be in attendance when our dedicated Property Management team inspect your home to ensure it's being maintained at the same level of standard from when you initially move in, and to review any areas that may be of concern for maintenance, garden requirements and the likes.
In the unlikely event that your scheduled inspection time may not suit you, we would be more than happy to try and accommodate a convenient time within 48 hours of the previously determined time and will contact you for confirmation.
Please note: due to a large number of inspections that may be scheduled in the daily calendar for our Property Management team, there may be instances where we unfortunately cannot accommodate a request due to region or travel times. Please therefore refer to your letter of notice for access details.
